1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 99baje ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all services available at https://99baje.net, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, crash games, promotional offers, and any related customer support interactions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 99baje — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). The following terms govern all payment activity on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) will apply.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Mobile banking deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal operating conditions.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 99baje, you agree to use the platform exclusively for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 99baje or other players, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, false claims of non-receipt of winnings, or submitting forged identity documents.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 99baje platform — including but not limited to the brand name "99baje", logo, website design, page layouts, colour schemes, typography, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99baje or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99baje platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any platform content without express written authorisation from 99baje.
• Create derivative works based on any 99baje content, design, or software.
• Use the 99baje brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context outside of personal, private reference without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, algorithm, or system that forms part of the 99baje platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate the closure of a 99baje player account subject to the following terms:

In cases where an account is closed by 99baje due to a confirmed Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at 99baje's sole discretion after investigation. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99baje's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99baje account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99baje expressly excludes all liability for:
